PalmDrive does not require a security deposit, so renting is easier and more comfortable for our customers.
Rental terms.
We are glad to serve you and wish you a luxurious, safe drive. Please read these terms and follow them throughout the rental.
Renter's responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the car for the whole rental period, including any accident, damage, traffic violation or legal obligation that arises during use.
Fuel
The car is handed over with a set fuel level and must be returned with the same level. If fuel is missing, its cost is charged.
Rims and tires
The renter bears the full cost of any damage from drifting, scraping curbs or misuse, and of any scratches or cracks to rims and tires.
Desert driving
Driving in the desert, on sandy roads or on rough terrain is strictly forbidden. Any resulting damage is entirely the renter's responsibility.
Traffic rules
Respect the legal speed limits and all traffic laws. All fines, fees and violations recorded during the rental are the renter's responsibility.
Care of the car
Use the car properly and return it in the condition you received it, clean and without misuse.
